It was my 1st car rental experience in UK and couldn’t be happier with Enterprise. The branch staff at Inverness were helpful and clear. Thank you so much for the amazing car for our trip.

Dear Enterprise Inverness, I am writing this review in regards to the recent service provided. You asked me about a survey, however I did not receive the email so I thought I would do a public review :) On Saturday I went along to your premises to pick up a pre booked hire car. I was greeted by a young lad named Greg (hope I got his name right!). Friendly and helpful manner. He made sure to explain everything and I did not feel pressured into spending more money. I was informed of the benefits of taking out insurance. When I took the car back on Monday, I received the same friendly service. Asked me how my trip was, etc. This goes a long way. Top notch :) I know he is looking at a promotion for his apprenticeship so really hope you all see this! I can tell he really wants this. Thank you again to all at Enterprise. I will be booking in again.

Fab service by the team. We got to book an automatic SUV on a Sunday and pick up the car Monday morning. The website was easy to use and allowed us to enter details in advance so we don't need to wait too long at the desk. We were offered a fully electric new XC40 Volvo and didn't have to return the car fully charged and we were delightfully surprised. Greg was very friendly, introduced on how to navigate a fully electric, patient and answered all our questions professionally. I did not feel pressured when he suggested to pay £15 extra for excess insurance. A sound, honest and just explanation will always reel in a customer. Will come back next time for sure! 5 star service.

We needed a car for a few days to explore Scotland, and we chose this place based on its positive reviews, and it was clearly a good decision. The customer service was excellent, and we quickly received a convenient Vauxhall that served us well as we toured around Scotland for a few days. The car was clean and in good condition. We did encounter one minor technical issue, which we resolved by making a phone call, as I wasn't familiar with all the car's features. However, the telephone assistance guided me to a solution, and our journey continued smoothly. The pricing was reasonable and met our expectations; it was not expensive. The only potential issue for some customers could be the location of the rental facility, as it's not right in the center of Inverness. However, a taxi ride from the train station cost £7, so it's not very far. Upon returning the car, we were also provided with a ride to the city center, which was a nice additional service and deserves extra points.

Had a fantastic experience at this location! I requested an automatic economy car and was upgraded to a better vehicle for the same price. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, running me through all of the features my vehicle had. I anticipated taking the bus back into Inverness to catch the train after returning my car, but the staff kindly offered to give me a lift. If I'm ever back in Scotland/Inverness, I wouldn't hesitate to rent my car from this location again.

Everyone who works here is really friendly and helpful. We needed a car that runs on petrol due to driving on the Isle of Skye for the first time, but all they had in an automatic was an electric car. Which is a very nice car, but the infrastructure isn't great for charging stations on Skye. So it was challenging especially because I didn't have time to change our itemetary to accommodate finding a charging station and waiting an hour and a half to charge it. Because the charge station at our restaurant was broken. But Enterprise in Inverness were kind enough to give us a discount, free charging, and a ride to the train station with all of our luggage. Which was very nice. Super friendly, accommodating customer service representatives who work there. Also the customer service rep for the electric charging in Scotland on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Overall I was pleased with the speed and friendliness of the service at this particular Enterprise station.

We used this location when visiting Inverness. When picking up and dropping off the car, we dealt with 3 different employees who were quick to assist us and answer any questions that we had! The car was very cleaned and detailed. They made it a super easy process and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car in the area!

This branch put us in a vehicle with a broken alloy. Within a couple miles we were losing tire pressure. When we called them we were told simply “call the AA.” After a full day of issues, we only made it to the wedding we had flown to Scotland for with the incredible help of a separate Enterprise branch who put us in a safe vehicle when their colleagues at this location failed us and had closed for the day. I filed a complaint with Enterprise about the service provided by this branch and was promised a call from someone there. That call never came. If you rent here, check closely that the vehicle you’re being given is safe. Their carelessness not only cost us a day of our holiday and money on additional taxis etc., but put my wife and me at physical risk by not checking that they were providing a safe vehicle. We only discovered the true nature of the issue by taking it upon ourselves to take their car to a local shop and have it inspected.
